Woodlands Home Staging

Package A - Home Staging | Walk & Talk Consultation | $100 per hour

This package is the most popular, and perfect for the DIY (do it yourself) homeowner. During the Walk & Talk Consultation we will discuss the home's best features, as well as trouble spots. To ensure the home will be shown at its finest, we will give detailed recommendations on furniture placement, organizing, clutter elimination, accessorizing, updating and paint colors, if needed. Also, we will discuss prepping for real estate photography. The seller is encouraged to take written notes.

Package B - Occupied Home Staging | $125 per hour

The Woodlands Home Staging will re-purpose, rearrange and make recommendations based on the sellers current furnishings and accessories to stage the home. We do not move heavy (large) pieces of furniture.

 

Package E - Vacant Home Staging | Prices start at $2,400, 4 rooms is our minimum. Dining room, family room, master bedroom/bathroom and kitchen/breakfast recommended. MLS photos are complimentary with our vacant staging package.  Price matches may be requested. To provide proof, simply email me the company name and amount of quote.

Package F - Interior Design | Due to our staging and photography schedule, we are not offering interior design services at this time.
